Are you tired of spending all day at an on-location shoot just to get a call the next morning from your VFX studio letting you know the shots don't line up and you have to reshoot?
Over the past year Pitbull Media Group has been operating in stealth mode while we configured our backend rendering servers to allow real-time remote animation and rendering. With a PMG embedded VFX Engineer, your on-location team will be able to see previews of shots with preliminary VFX rendered shortly after shooting and to prototype new shots or effects while still on-location.
Our studio utilizes rugged low-powered mobile workstations to stream their work environment from our backend render servers. Each of our deployments are equipped with redundant internet via WWAN and Satellite providers to enable our team to work at almost any site on the globe!

Our standard deployment includes:
One VFX Engineer
One VFX Producer
Two development workstations (Cart, monitors, 1hr battery backup)
One "Preview booth" including a shaded 45in calibrated display and playback controls
One Networking and Media Upload rack (12U rack, setup dependant on location requirements. Will provide at minimum: 20TB NAS, direct-connect 2.5GbE fibre/CATx to your existing internet infrastructure, AND/OR Satellite/WWAN(4G)/WISP for redundancy or if direct-connect is not available. (If the only connection available requires PMG to pay per GB, the client will be informed and if they decide to continue the contract, the client will be responsible for all data charges) (Current Max Config: 150TB storage and 10GbE fibre/copper connection.)
